PDFs and many emails store text as fixed-width lines, so every visual line ends in a hard line break when you copy it. Removing line breaks rejoins those lines into normal paragraphs you can reflow, edit or paste into a form.
Paste the text, choose Remove line breaks and copy the result. Lines are joined with a single space, and Chinese and Japanese lines are joined without one.
Paste your list and choose Remove duplicate lines. The first occurrence of each line is kept in its original order.
